Why focus on AI-enhanced skills

AI is transforming how we code, market, research, and work day to day. But resources are scattered and often outdated. Course Chunks makes AI learning easier by collecting the best articles, videos, and guides into modular chunks — so you can stay current without getting overwhelmed.

Will content stay up to date as AI tools change?

Yes. The library is community-driven and constantly evolving. As tools and workflows shift, new chunks are added and older ones can be updated or reorganized. This way, learning paths reflect what’s relevant now, not just last year.

What does the word "Chunking" mean?

Chunking is the process of breaking complex ideas into smaller, meaningful pieces that are easier to understand and connect. It’s how people naturally learn. On Course Chunks, chunking helps organize scattered AI tutorials, articles, and videos into structured, modular knowledge that builds over time.

What is a "chunk"?

A chunk is a modular unit of learning. It can include links to articles, videos, podcasts, books, slides, or personal notes — grouped with context and purpose. Chunks can stand alone or be combined into collections and courses, making them ideal for learning AI-enhanced skills step by step.

How much does it cost to LEARN on CourseChunks?

Browsing the open library is always free. Some advanced or cohort-based courses (coming soon) may be paid, but exploring chunks and public collections will remain free. See our pricing page for more details.

Who is CourseChunks for?

Course Chunks is for learners, creators, and teams who want to make sense of fast-changing skills, especially around AI. Whether you’re learning on your own, sharing resources with peers, or organizing knowledge for your team, Course Chunks helps structure content into chunks that are easy to find and reuse.

Do I have to contribute, or can I just learn?

You can do either. Many people use Course Chunks purely to explore existing chunks and build personal learning paths. Others actively contribute by curating or suggesting resources. Both approaches are welcome.

How does the community contribute to chunks?

Learners and creators can add resources, suggest improvements, or build collections around a theme. Contributions are credited, and the best chunks often get featured in collections or future courses.

Can I use Course Chunks for any subject?

Yes, but our focus is on AI-enhanced skills. You can still create chunks for any topic, but most of the community uses Course Chunks to collect, organize, and learn about how AI is changing coding, marketing, research, and productivity.

How do I get started?

Sign up for a free account. Save something you’re learning — a video, article, or your own note — and turn it into a chunk. From there, you can group chunks into collections or learning paths.

Do I need to be a teacher to use it?

Not at all. CourseChunks is for anyone who wants to learn or organize knowledge. Many individuals simply use it to collect and make sense of the best AI resources they find.

Can I see what others are learning?

Yes! Many chunks and collections are public. You can explore what others are studying, remix their paths, or save chunks into your own library.

Is it good for studying with friends?

Yes! You can share collections, collaborate on learning paths, and invite others to contribute chunks — perfect for peer groups or communities learning AI together.

Is it free to use?

Yes. It’s free to sign up, create chunks, and browse public content. Some structured courses may be paid, but most features are available for free.

Can I earn money from my content?

Not yet, but... Soon, creators will be able to earn revenue from paid courses built on chunks. If others include your chunk in a paid course, you’ll receive a share automatically.

What kind of course can I build on CourseChunks?

You can build modular courses using your own content or curated resources — videos, articles, podcasts, notes, exercises, and more. Courses are built from reusable chunks, which makes them easy to update and expand.

What’s the difference between a chunk, a section, and a course?
  • A chunk is a single unit of learning (like a lesson or resource).

  • A section is a group of related chunks, often around a theme.

  • A course is a larger structure made from sections or standalone chunks, designed to guide learners through a full path.

Can I include links to outside content?

Yes. That’s the core of CourseChunks. You can link to YouTube videos, blog posts, podcasts, PDFs, and more, then add your own context or tasks to turn them into meaningful chunks.

Can I create a paid course?

Not yet, but soon... you will be able to set a price for your course and earn revenue when users enroll. Stripe integration will be required for payouts.

Can I update or rearrange my course later?

Absolutely. Because content is modular, you can update chunks, reorganize collections, or swap resources without starting over.

Can I use the same chunk in multiple courses?

Yes. Reuse is a core feature of CourseChunks. You can include a single chunk in many courses or collections without duplicating anything.

Can I build collaboratively with others?

Yes. You can invite co-builders with edit access or allow users to suggest chunks. You control what’s accepted into your course.

Do I need to publish everything at once?

No. You can build and publish gradually. Start with a few chunks, release early versions, and grow your course over time.

How does it help our team?

It reduces information overload and makes onboarding and internal training more consistent. By chunking knowledge — especially around AI workflows — your team can capture what works, reuse it, and update it as tools evolve.

What exactly is a “chunk”?

A chunk is a small, focused unit of learning—like a video, doc, link, or internal guide—organized with context and tied to a specific idea or task. Chunks can be grouped into collections or full training paths.

Can we control access and permissions?

Yes. You can keep content private to your team, share it selectively, or make it public. Assign different roles for contributors, editors, and viewers.

Can CourseChunks replace our LMS?

Not necessarily—but it can complement or simplify one. If your LMS is too rigid, slow to update, or poorly adopted, CourseChunks offers a more flexible, user-friendly layer for knowledge sharing and modular learning.

Is it good for onboarding?

Very. You can build role-specific onboarding paths using existing materials—just structured into chunks. It makes onboarding more consistent and scalable across teams.

Can we reuse content across departments?

Absolutely. Chunks are modular by design. You can use the same chunk in multiple collections, courses, or team spaces—without duplicating or rewriting content.

Can we collaborate on content creation?

Yes. Invite team members to co-create, suggest resources, or build collections together—ideal for cross-functional training or shared knowledge libraries.

-- for content creators --

Can I link to content I’ve already published?

Yes! That’s the whole idea. You can link directly to your existing blog posts, YouTube videos, podcast episodes, books, and more. Chunks give your content structure and context—so learners know why it matters.

Why would I use CourseChunks to promote my content?

Because people using CourseChunks are here to learn. They’re curious, focused, and actively seeking thoughtful material. Placing your content inside chunks gets it in front of the right audience—without social media noise or SEO tricks.

Do I have to create a full course?

Not at all. You can start with just one chunk—link to something you’ve made, add a short explanation, and hit publish. Over time, you can build collections or join others.

Can I contribute to someone else’s course?

Yes. You can suggest your content to other creators’ collections. If it’s accepted, it’s added to their course (with credit back to you). It’s a collaborative, open model that rewards helpful contributions.

Can I get paid for my content?

Not yet, but soon... this feature is coming soon. You will be able to create paid courses and earn revenue. You will also be able to contribute to paid courses built by others and earn a share if your chunk is included. (Stripe integration required for payouts.)

What kind of content works best here?

Resources that help people learn AI-enhanced skills: tutorials, explainers, walkthroughs, blog posts, case studies, talks, or curated reading lists. If it teaches practical skills, it fits.

Can I keep my chunks private?

Yes. You control visibility. Keep chunks private, share them with select collaborators, or publish them for others to explore.
