what's up my people every once in a while we figure gonna give you some content different kind of things i played on stream on friday this uh wsop circuit event legacy blah blah blah thing and uh i played for i don't know good five six hours so i thought it would make sense to sort of break it down to about a 20 30 minute video where we go over some of the cooler hands that i played throughout this little tourney i plan on playing i think most of them except for the last one because i have another uh appointment to uh send mr phil hellmuth to the rail which will air on march 31st on poker go so make sure you check that out but in the meantime check out this video six four against the limp all right limp under the gun right off the bat from dito ma 66 we're not gonna raise i'm not gonna bet my six but i'm also probably not going to fold lorenzo valentini how can you handle so good a one million dollar downswing it's all relative ain't it i'm gonna call this bet half pot it's all relative like i mean i can afford it you know check he checked huh so jackson sixes should be the best hand but it's a little thin for value so i'm gonna go ahead and just check and probably snap off a riverbed if he bets i mean whatever if he has a jack really wow he's betting big too he's gonna bet check that i have to call must this is a must call we don't have a spade oh wait that's this bad thing now whatever let's see what you got you gotta jack you in he bet a four this is a mistake you see from boss playa he had showdown value right he had jackson fours with an ace so he could beat a lot of draws he could beat all that he doesn't need to bluff there that was a that was a mistake for you guys paying attention you go boy hello hello kings kings in the house all right what's pot gonna take us to 420. we want to go bigger than that so that's nine i'm gonna go to ten i'm gonna go to eleven we're gonna go to twelve 12 times the blind it's a big raise right you don't want to make small raises out of position too often all right now i got king all right so we're gonna go with this one so i'm gonna bet let's see 250 375. ever so small that's actually a dangerous flop a little bit right he could have queen jack suited you can suit it all right now the question is how do we want to play the turn the turn is a club i am going to trap with the kings here and check good job so now i just have to check and let me see three clubs too i'm gonna check and probably fold i cut a bit small here just like a quarter pot keep them off my back nice all right so yeah well uh if we bet the turn we would not have got him out okay we just would have simply lost more so good thing we decided to trap in that spot trap slash save ourselves he made a really weird check back he was afraid of the flush like he should bet there what's up cfps best online poker for canada that's gg poker again we mentioned that but definitely go to ggpoker.com make an account all kinds of fun games to play we got flip out tournaments which are super fun a pair of queens yeah i think i'll play that on the button this is when we don't mind getting three bet you know what i mean all right what's there a thousand bucks so i'm gonna go two two five very small bed on a very dry board king four three rainbow you could bet here most of the time my hand actually is a pretty decent candidate to check i like to bet this time i can't tell you why but i have a little way i have ways that i randomize somewhat so that i have my frequencies where they're supposed to be and i will be doing that against phil hellmuth and he's not going to understand it stay balanced luke boydstun how do you feel about your performance in pogchamps do you think you'll be back next year i hope to be back next year absolutely if they invite me um i was happy with it for the most part except like benji fishy he was really good and i was 1.2 seconds in the tiebreaker from winning that one i made a blunder in the second game uh we're definitely gonna i'm just gonna flat this flat um made a blunder in the second game but i was really pissed off about how i played against xqc because i should have beat him i really feel like i was supposed to beat him all right now we've got top pair there's a mona this is called a monotone board when there's three of the same suit generally speaking on monotone boards you don't see a lot of big bedding at least that's not what's optimal okay so against that size we're just going to flat once again coming up on the break right now okay now we still have the same hand a little bit extra outs if we need i don't know probably the best hand here i'm gonna check this turn here's where we are going to value bet for half pot it's a little bit thin this value bit but not that thing you could have ace jack ace nine that's the kind of hands we're targeting as ace ten all right so this is called value cutting yourself where you value bet the worst hand but i mean i don't know i felt like it was worth the stab all right cause uh they have a lot of vegan options they're like all every every restaurant there has a vegan menu hey bud i'm eating an apple right now hmm we got jacks we're not gonna fold that right oh yeah let's make it 500. sometimes we bet sometimes we check this is a check huh half part bet we block queen jack two of them queen jack of spades queen jack of clubs he could have off suit 30 is 900 very thin value bet here 30 pop we do not want to get raised and we got paid let's see by what what did you pay with he paid us with ace 10 hi okay bud so we got a min raise here hmm from under the gun i'm just going to flat rob 1996 says daniel do you think it's less important to stay balanced against hellmuth since you won't play that 5k hands against him anyway yeah it's definitely not as important especially against him i'm going to see him you exploit on your bike do you think phil will do any learning at all for the challenge is he really that naive or is that just a bit for the front of the cameras i i don't think he's going to do any learning four eight dangerous flop i kind of would like to pick it up right here hey bob hmm just the card we were thinking you know eight of come here bob back up okay he i think we're checked to bluff this let's do it we are representing a king i don't know why i bet so much what am i doing should've been half bluffing with the board you know is he gonna call me with the board that'd be pretty bad all right we'll take it we didn't like the run out but it worked out i just put him in timeout okay jack ten suited i'm going to start making it 660 a little bit lower because we got some short oh [ __ ] 660. got a short stack there in a poker joker 3 000. all right okay now we've got the top pair on the board let's see let's go 625 very small little stab on a monotone board three clubs all right that's a bad card for our range it's a good card for his we shall see what he does i think i'm going to we're going half pot we don't want to continue now if he raises we have to fold and this would be very thin for value right so we don't beat a flush we don't beat jack queen jack king jack ace if i had ace jack king jack i think it's a bet but as played i think this is close enough so let's check jack nine oh my god with a club sick we had he had the one hand that he could have called and we beat what are you gonna do such is life sentimental eyes get says do you consider yourself in the top 20 of tournament players absolutely yes i do for sure no not yet no question all right we got a min raise here from fold fold me up we're going to defend we don't have a club if we did it's a very small bet so again such a small bet despite not having a club we are going to peel and hopefully turn this into a river bluff maybe maybe we just catch a ten jack or a queen if he bets here we'd be done with it typically when you want to bluff a board like this you want to have a club in your hand but if he checks back turn i'm not always worried about him having actual flush so that is the club and now it is time to bluff 6 13. six six six eighteen seventeen hundred let's go seventeen hundred blufsky that worked phew oh no is that him never mind i thought it was felipe ramos all right let's see here or maybe it is okay let's just do eight eighty five four three crazy how that [ __ ] thing stresses you out thank you archer rudziane kova about the poker ninja software i know that they're software they don't like me using it when i stream because i don't know but i i was using a software that had the time bank thing covered all right what are we doing here see all right did not use that pre so we can use it now he's leading all right that's a flop that he makes sense some sense for him to lead it's a good card for my range most death bed and half pot all right we'll take it so that was a little bit of equity denial also i might just have the best hand a decent amount like he might call the worst hand and the ace is a card that heavily favors my range and i know i sound a little nerdy when i say that for those that don't know what that means is but certain cards are going to help one player's typical overall possibilities than the other so when someone raises under the gun they have a very limited range of hands they do that with when someone defends from the big blind it's a very wide range of hands right so if an ace comes the player raises under the gun that's way more likely to hit him want to see my stats you want to see my stats so far okay well let's play this one first let's go to that freaking timer scares me 10 50. i'll look at my stats so i've played two out of 14 hands from the small blind set half my big blinds other i've played what is that eight out of 77 overall 17 percent four to six what is this guy all in i think i need to shove behind it so that i get this guy to not call boom let's do it we don't want him calling all right ace three okay buddy what the [ __ ] it's like clockwork i got the free moaning oh baby look at that oh i bitched and mowed my way into an eight on the river ocho gracias gracias lwsop hahaha a couple of fives let's see okay against a min raise we're sitting on enough to take a flop yep all right we need a nickel nickel on the flop on position and there you have the nickel on the flop if it's checked to me we're going to bet quarter pot okay and this is where we just flat all right that's a great card on the turn great great card if they both check we're going to go with half pot and then jam the river hello td carlo half pot it is gentlemen come chase have an ace new land 4 is he only reading youtube comments that should answer your question now i read them from everywhere i got a thing where it shows me all nobody had an ace well that's unfortunate agreed far shod v all right couple of eights on the button we might be getting it in that's what she said i think this is a flat and if this player goes all in fold me up maybe in a little bit of a pickle all right so we see a flop that's not favorable and we see a smallish style bet this were heads up it's a peel for sure it might be appeal anyway i think i have to call okay if you can bet this card you're gonna have to win it rubber fist so we have showdown value we can't beat a 10 or a jack beat some bluffs check all right i have a bad feeling we're gonna lose to a 10 but this is not a hand we bet ace eight take your money we needed that case eight michael miller you got it i'm glad we could offer some enjoyment for you playing that heads up match have i ever been to germany ben mard beard of course i have been to germany i was in dortmund i was in whatever else let's see here so we've got the raise from the button to 3x go to eight time bank so what am i doing here 56 eight this is basically we're getting it in you know if he jams we call and that's not the flop that we wanted but we are still gonna bet it really bad flop you know as i [ __ ] fire three thousand into it i do have the ace of diamonds [ __ ] what the hell man [ __ ] min raise what a weird spot against the min raise now just really bizarre all right let's try to make the best decision possible he doesn't have the nut flush drives through the ace of diamonds we really only beat 10 jack we block queen jacks we got a pocket pair all right oh that sucks you gotta lay it down eh take it see in that spot best case scenario is a big draw so we're barely hanging out with ace queen but like if he has a king we're just dead hey honey no colin capone here's the thing gretzky could not skate as quickly as mcdavid and create those plays at the same speed just can't he's not physically able no way absolutely not eh a couple of queens we're gonna go with this one i think we're just gonna jam this one yeah with 1818 and all that out there you just put it in and pray click the rebuy button make sure we got it on rebuy whenever possible auto double rebuy and we pick it up and now we got ice queen suited another nice little duke there eh this point we can just go ahead and min race who's the all-time money winner in wsop a rarity all right this is just a jam call he's supposed to call there with a lot of hands so we'll take it how much is buying buying is 500 bucks there are 91 players left 42 get paid five more minutes till we can pee i'm doing a little bit of the peepee dance king queen on the button with 18 bigs or not even 18 bigs 15 bags i think this is i mean i think i can jam this in his face yeah let's go boom ski get out of my way ash please fold oh [ __ ] four is okay okay you want to call me with fours all right you go ahead and call me before us bingo bango bongo 40k let's go lfg got the king queen against the cut off and we stuck it to them so let's see where are we in the it puts us in 26th place out of 88 a couple threes i mean this guy just has heaps 211k seems excessive bro he's a chip leader by like over double wow nobody else has 100k this guy's got two impressive running hot there's a big set of threes 24 definitely going to bet this flop bottom set you want to play this one pretty aggressively you can because he's supposed to hit this flop with a lot of hands oh if he has a jack or a nine or a gut shot he continues but say levy he did not plopped a couple sets today we had the fives the threes didn't get a ton of action got a little bit and now we have the ace king of hearts use the spade see am i supposed to use the spade here no i'm going to use my hand sometimes we check sometimes we bet against this guy who's super stat deep stacked i'm gonna go to check call mode and he's checked i'll check again he might call us if he bets less than half pot we still have showdown value you could have a seven suited six seven suited five six suited ace four suited betting half pot getting three to one odds to try to catch an a jack for sure ace or king could be good getting three to one i don't like it actually i'm gonna fold don't like it it's not quite enough because we don't have that many we have just the jack is pure out and it's you know hopefully not a spade i mean like i said we beat ace suited but we have an ace so we blocked that doesn't leave as many combos of that so just a lot of combos you can have there that happens pretty [ __ ] all right this guy's playing every pot looks like every pot i'm sitting here with a couple of threes again and i like my hand now but i'm going to check it and call it 46 all right we're going to call that backdoor straights and flushes and all kinds not folding this one we are not folding the threes he's got a seven he's going to do some damage against us 8900 huh 40 pot actually i changed my mind i am gonna fold the threes yeah i am going to fold the threes change my mind two bass poker go is available people outside of america how many blinds is this five five and a half i think i have to go we have the worst hand sometimes you gotta gamble oh look at that flop flush we'll take it eh guys short like that what are you gonna do that's a favorable flop all right we're gonna bet uh about 2 000. very small he folded all right i could check there good bet small that's about it that's my only two options we've got ace queen there we're gonna we're gonna snap this one off got to ace deuce hello all right we're doing good now let's see we're in 12th position at a 47. we're gonna start pushing the envelope a little bit come on dude what the [ __ ] it must be on the bubble that's why he's doing that tournament is hand for hand okay a couple of tens all right couple of tens against an under the gun raise on the bubble that's a dangerous spot you don't want to just get it that's that range supposed to be super strong like if you're actually playing icm blah blah blah you could consider folding the tens i'm not going to do that but i'm not going to just jam it in fact this player jammed i would fold all right now we're definitely out because that under the gun player is either going to have typically a pair or an you know combo of a decent ace so get away for losing with losing 6k yeah sure you can gamble goal in pull pre-flop what's he he's gonna you're not going to fold very often you know all right third part not going to play take it oh let's see what we got here all right i'm gonna bluff raise blue for a's with the a3 44 players left still two out of the money i think robin laner in the nets tonight okay couple threes are still in the bubble i don't care but it matters because how other people playing right so that is nine ten big blinds with two threes i can actually fold this considering the situation and he's supposed to have something pretty good all right know somebody what price tourney have i love it all right we made it we in the money we in the money streaming streaming in the money okay let's go 27 000 is up top i believe all right we got queen eight i'm going to what does he got 10 15 i'm just going to limp and if he jams we fold if he had like 30 or 35 we would just jam but with 48 checking not folding pretty good flop pigs with a queen and he did not raise pre so oh wow hmm 40 pot huh all right huh here's where we bat what's the minimum that's what we're supposed to do here i think i know it's goofy but it's gto because the middle card favors my range over his significantly 2008 he might raise we've got the better kicker there's a king he's not folding that's one i learned through lots of study with solver where basically and heads up when you check all the flop and the middle card pairs it wants you to bet 10 pot like [ __ ] every time very strange almost like a check right i think this is just a jam call me with like king five or something dude ace four i'll take it he's like i'm gonna get you you know for that so he still hasn't i should never bring it up but because that might hurt if he slaps me if i'm not you know i have to be drunk again couple eights this is this is one we go with obviously he's only got 16k okay good luck bro king eight okay let's see oh there's a [ __ ] what do you know i'm drawing dead not even like you know have a chance just completely dead excellent i know i eat fast david castillo too fast all right nines this is it we're going i mean can't think of a scenario where we're not getting it in here okay stick it in there plus cv 905 or austin wheeze or whoever okay boom oh nines are better than eights as long as the jack doesn't come and then we split bingo bango bongo back to 70 80k yeah at this point it's not a lot of skill right you just know what hands to play what hands to call with what hands to fold not a lot of post flop play at this stage here right in the middle sitting 14 of 28. okay this is it okay what happened did we win i don't know see so we need a nine or ten or five and that's it we're out you know what are you gonna do picked up tens stick it in and you're eliminated where did we finish we went 957 dollars thank you so much for playing i finished in 27th place picked up the kings what are you gonna do what's it hope you guys uh learn nothing i'm out y'all you
